The 2021 Walk Run raised over $18,000!

Proceeds help the Zia Larson Ray of Light Foundation fight the devastating effects of mental illness.  We support programs such as the University of Washington's Accelerate Mental Health Care Early Psychosis Intervention Program and research and education for schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.

Thank you for your support!  WE are excited to share more information soon about our 2022 Walk Run!  This year will feature some new elements while continuing to offer the successful virtual registration.  Together we are reducing stigma and creating opportunities for education and awareness.

Community Impact

We believe that together we accomplish more.  Through individual and community partnerships, we support mental health awareness programs and educational initiatives that are working to change lives in Seattle and around the country.  Programs supported include the University of Washington Medicine's Early Psychosis Intervention Program at UW Behavioral Health Institute at Harborview Medical Center.

We are a proud supporter of the UW Medicine Psychosis R.E.A.C.H.  This virtual training is available for free to Washington State residents.  This training is intended for families and friends caring for a loved one experiencing psychosis that teaches cognitive behavioral therapy for psychosis (CBTp) principles and skills.
